Hello everyone! Kerry here today to share this cute Mer-Gnomies card.

I cut the background using a wavy cover die and ink blended it with distress oxide inks.  Next I splattered the background with water and Dr. Ph Martin's white ink.  The images were colored with alcohol markers and a little sparkle was added to the starfish and shell.
